Hello, girls! Here I am again on Sunday. First of all, have you voted today? I certainly hope so, because it took a long time to achieve this civic duty, so we must always fulfill it. I've already been!
Following up on the last blog post that caused such a stir, and I even got an official statement. Let me clarify that what I meant last week was not about losing the brand, because I didn't lose it, nor was it because I was having problems with the outlet opening, because I'm not. Simply put, let it be clear that it was due to the lack of consideration for a 20-year customer. They didn't say a word, an email, nothing, just this! Many people misrepresented the message, but that's okay, case closed!
So let's talk about this past week, where so much happened. Well, as you must have noticed, I was absent, I went traveling. For some time now, I've chosen not to disclose where I'm going or where I am, because that way it doesn't give rise to gossip and opinions, and those who don't know, don't comment...
It was like a trial by fire for my girls, and they did so well, don't you think? I was very proud! I received many positive messages about the girls, and I also thought they did very well, both in the live broadcast they did and in customer service at the store. It was very positive indeed! It seems that after all these months, the team is finally complete!
Finally, I will be able to put into practice all the projects we've been planning in meetings. Photos, videos, reels, we're going to focus on quality. Now all that's left is for the weather to give us a break and improve to help us put all our plans, photos, and short videos into practice outdoors.
At the store, we also had a visit from a client who came from Switzerland to see the store and me. I was so sad not to be there, but she promised to come back. The girl, Andy, filled the store with joy and good spirits and, to top it off, left lots of Swiss chocolates, a real temptation. She was so sweet, so friendly. She shared photos and positive messages. Thank you!
The week will also be marked by March 8th, Women's Day! (As if it weren't every day!) We had a promotion in-store and on the website to mark the day. Once again, the girls were tireless! This time, I'm going to highlight my brunette, Joana, my hurricane. Even though she wasn't there, she took care to remember to buy wonderful roses to offer to each customer. I loved it and was touched by this gesture. I reiterate, everything went very well, better than I imagined. Thank you, girls, thank you, Joana!
All that remains to be said is that this week we will have many new arrivals. Please, Gaudi, and Yeszee have arrived, new things to show during the week. We will also be doing another mega live total stock clearance tomorrow, Monday, at 7:30 PM, with unmissable prices. I hope it will be a very productive and lively week. I'm counting on you all for everything to go well, because without your support none of this is possible.
