I'm in the car on my way back to Matosinhos after a long weekend, and I decided to write a few lines here and share a little more about myself.
This weekend I showcased the new brand in store, and today, during the day, I'll share more photos of outfits I was shooting during the week.
PHO FIRENZE, a premium brand I fell in love with as soon as I saw it for the first time. In the store, I try to be as versatile as possible: from new, out-of-the-box trends to the traditional classic that never goes out of style. This week I will also show Villagallo, another completely different brand, mixing patterns, embroidery... but with class! This year the collection's theme is inspired by dogs 🐕, I loved it. From blazers, shirts, pants with dog embroideries of all breeds — I fell in love! My Gucci is there too 😁. I think you'll love it, trust my taste 🤩, you won't be disappointed!
Amidst all this, we have the sales, or rather, the Super Sales — practically everything is at 50% and 60% final markdown. You can still grab a lot of things that you can even combine with pieces from the new season. You need to have an eye for it — I'll help!
I'll try to take photos with more suggestions, both from sales and the new collection, it's a promise!
Now I'm going to tell you a little bit about my weekend. August is a complicated month for getaways — besides everything being full, it's extremely expensive. We can't be tourists in our own country at the prices currently applied 😔
I managed to book 2 nights in nearby cities, which made it more affordable. I also took the opportunity to walk more, had dinner with friends, and it was great. On Friday we went to Caldas da Rainha, I saw the famous beaches of S. Martinho do Porto and Foz do Arelho, etc. So beautiful, I loved it! At night I had dinner with my dear Dora Lima in Nazaré — it was so cool. I love Dora and Nando, we have a beautiful friendship, they are a spectacular couple with a lovely family and excellent hosts. Nazaré was celebrating, already preparing for Carnival — I found it really funny 🤪. It was, without a doubt, a well-spent evening. I want to go back to Nazaré and stay there for about 2 days. I really liked it.
On Saturday we went to Figueira da Foz — that was amazing too. The beach... just looking at it makes me tired. The people there manage to stay in shape just by going to the beach 🤪. That vast expanse of sand never ends, you get close to the sea and we look like penguins trying to enter the rough sea 😂. The experience was worth it! The hotel was great and dinner was delicious at a pizzeria owned by some friends of ours. We hadn't seen them in over 10 years. The reunion was so good 😍. The food is still divine, the friendliness the same, plus a good laugh and the happiness of those who care about each other. If you go to Figueira da Foz, don't miss the pizzeria restaurant Encontro da Zita e do Elísio, you'll love it!
On the way back, I also stopped by the Sanctuary of Fátima, an essential stop to give thanks for so much in this year of 2025. I asked for protection for myself and my loved ones, and that Our Lady always guide us. I also asked for protection for our firefighters, who have been heroes amidst this hell of fires. It hurts too much to see the news 🥲
Well, joking aside, I'm already arriving in Porto... and how fast this journey was, sharing everything with you all here ❤️
