Hello girls, welcome to another week on my blog!
This week was a week of emotions, it was also a week that ended with a lot of sun, which immediately opens up the 'appetite' for the new collection!
My company, although small, is a company full of goals and dreams. As you know, in 2023 we lost members of our team and there was a need to stop, think, and reflect on what we truly want for ourselves! We realized that we have points to correct, but we also realized that we've grown, and like any company that grows, either it has someone who vibrates at the same frequency, or it's not worth it. Thus, we are forming a new team with all new elements, a team with goals, new ideas, with targets!
All of this takes immense work and finding the right people is not easy, but it's not impossible either, and now it seems that finally, 'God willing', we have found the ideal people for both the store and online. Everything will be thought out and studied down to the smallest detail. Scheduling days for videos, hours for photos, a blog with weekly look advice, etc. In-store service will be more personalized to meet the customer's wishes.
We needed to stop, think, reflect and not make the same mistakes again. It's frustrating to want to hire someone and there's no one suitable or who fits the store's profile. But since there's no good that lasts forever and no bad that never ends, it seems we have finally reached safe harbor. We are 'putting our house in order' and at first it feels strange, but then it becomes ingrained. So, girls, the only thing that doesn't change here at the store is me! (lol) and as the story goes, 'Headliner' keeps the show on stage for years!
With this I want to say that very soon we will reveal a little of the new team! As for me, you can be sure that I will bother you a lot, because the idea is to be more and more present. With many new ideas and dynamics, putting into practice everything I have learned from the online course 'The Mechanism of Success' by Giovanna Antonelli (wonderful).
It has been fantastic, motivating, studying at this age has a different flavor, I am more mature with a thirst to learn new things, not to stand still, because the competition is fierce and I am 49 years old and they have the advantage of being born in this technological era.
I have had classes with various mentors from different areas, such as how to dress, how to speak, how to work social media, etc., and we have online meetings; there are hundreds of us.
I learned two phrases that struck me: 'Success is not in the business, success is in you' and it's true, you just have to believe! Another phrase that stayed with me was: 'The bottom of the well has a spring', nothing has made so much sense in recent times.
So, girls, don't be surprised by some changes because they were necessary to maintain or even grow this success achieved so far. Thank you to all of you who follow me, because without you none of this would make sense. See you next week, a huge kiss in your hearts.
