Here I am again for our weekly chat. This week, obviously, I had to talk about this new phase of the store, the weather, fashion! End of cycles can mean so many things: the end of summer and, finally, the arrival of autumn.
With the advent of the long-awaited autumn, a new phase also begins at the Carla Valente store. With the departure of the store assistant, you will have a more present Carla! The truth is that, unintentionally, I became comfortable and the online aspect confined me a little more. I receive so many messages saying: "I went to the store and was sorry not to meet you", "Carla, come here, there's a girl from Switzerland who wants to meet you" or "Carla, a lady wants your opinion!"
Well then, it will be easier to find me now! I promise to be more present in my store, which I love and where I continue to develop ideas, videos, conversations, and lifelong friendships.
I believe that nothing happens by chance and it was time to dedicate myself more to in-person clients again! In reality, it was at the store where everything began, where the best ideas emerged, where I cried and smiled, where I heard the best client stories; today, I even serve the daughters of clients... That's two decades of a lot of experience.
