Hello girls, welcome to another week on my blog!
This week was a very busy week, despite having a holiday in the middle. Well, Lola Casademunt finally decided to send the item after a 2-week delay. There are companies that, when they grow, instead of evolving, regress. Lola has grown, and their logistics are terrible — they are immensely delayed in deliveries and lack the sensitivity to communicate with the customer. As you know, I was one of the brand's pioneers here in the North, and last year, they acknowledged that. So much so that they offered me travel, hotel, restaurant, and everything to go see the fashion show in Madrid.
However, customer support has been very scarce. Given how much I buy and represent the brand, if I'm not one of the first to show it, I get furious. They always give excuses about staff shortages, holidays, etc., but it seems they don't understand that a 15-day delay for someone who works online is very bad. Customers ask and even find it strange; it doesn't look good. This really affects my anxiety and nervous system, because then everything arrives at once, we take longer to check and tag everything, and to show everything too. It's a snowball effect.
But let's talk about the positives: once again, the collection is beautiful (which is why I'm sad to receive it late). The pieces are wonderful, the accessories, the footwear, everything is beautiful! It's going to be another collection to lose your head over, believe me!
As I also announced this week, we have a new brand in the store: Vilagallo (I love it!). The pieces are of incredible quality, the prints are beautiful, and the cut is amazing! It will be a brand that will be talked about and will surely be a guaranteed success. It's a premium, top-tier brand! A brand with vibrant colors, super lively prints, not to mention the comfort, I am very much in love, I hope I can convey that to you.
The sales continue, and I must say they are big sales, especially on the exclusive website, which has a mega promotion (did you check it out?). In summary, and getting mixed up, this week in the store we will already have new arrivals, many of them, because Fracomina and LiberJeans will also arrive. No hunger that doesn't bring abundance, that is, until now no one had delivered anything, and next week will be an avalanche of new arrivals (I love it!).
