Last week I played truant, I didn't come here to talk to you. I was in one of those days where I felt I had nothing to say, I was lazy. Sorry, because the most attentive ones asked what happened. You are so sweet, thank you!
This week I don't even know where to start 🤩🤗
I'll start with the professional part. So, as you could follow in our stories, the new arrivals from our Lola Casademunt have arrived, and what news, girls! 🤗 Undoubtedly, among the best right now in terms of colors, coordinated pieces, details, accessories, etc. You'll want to buy everything, believe me!
We received more than 700 items including clothing, footwear, and accessories, beautiful pieces! I'm delighted 🤩.
Together with FRACOMINA and FERRACHE, we have a niche of collections that complement each other.
Yesterday, in the store, despite the cold, only the new collection was sold. More and more, the public demands constant new arrivals, and even the weather factor doesn't influence them. More and more we travel to warmer places in winter, and people love to take the new collection's latest items with them. So, let your will be done! We will work in that direction so that you never lack anything 🥰.
In the store, we are already with 50% new collection and 50% sales. I confess that, after putting out the new pieces, I don't feel like having sales anymore. It seems like the store is untidy 😁. Until February 28th, we have to have them, even if it's just a corner, because that's when the sales officially end.
On the website, it's a show! New collection, sales, and last opportunities throughout the year! I'm so happy with the evolution of my website, there's a huge growth. I confess that, sometimes, I even get jealous, because many girls from the store already buy on the website. They find it very intuitive and easy, and then they pick it up in the store ❤️. One service complements the other, and together they work beautifully. I hope, from the bottom of my heart, that you are enjoying it 🥰.
Another topic: this week we enter Love Week ❤️❤️❤️ Valentine's Day!

Completely changing the subject: store and entering my personal world.

Yesterday was a very special day: my godmother celebrated 80 years, what a beautiful date! 🤩
My godmother is a special person, a master seamstress, known as Zezinha the Seamstress. She works magic with her hands! I grew up watching her make wonderful pieces: from wedding dresses to suits, blouses, etc. At 80 years old, she still sews like no one else, a true example! She has fairy hands! I think, in the family, even though we have many seamstresses, none is like her!
Her wish came true: she dreamed of gathering her closest family on her birthday and, without forgetting her origins, she wanted to do it in a place that makes her happy and that took us back to our childhood ❤️.
In the past, there were no gourmet restaurants, no brunches, no this offer of new names where we could eat. Today, going out for dinner is an experience, right? So, it was like a trip back in time. For three hours, we went back to childhood, and how good it was!
I remember my parents... When they had some money to spare, we would go to A Rosa, a typical tavern or traditional food place. And it was so good...
Yesterday we returned to Rosa, to her place, now also with her children, daughter-in-law, etc. I loved that reunion, I loved that ease, that concept of family in a "tasco" full of tradition, good food, and a huge bubble of love ❤️.
I reconnected with cousins and aunts/uncles I hadn't seen in years, we danced, played, and even our fado, sung by our Rosa, wasn't missed. Thank you, godmother, for providing us with such a beautiful moment! 😻
We danced traditional Portuguese music and, of course, our Doce 🤣🤣🤣. I've already shared these "embarrassing moments" with you in the store's stories. Who hasn't? Tell me... Who has never danced to Doce at parties? Everyone, of course!
There are no words to describe this feeling of joy, family, and love 🧡.
She loved our gift! We took advantage of the fact that she is a die-hard Porto fan, completely obsessed with the club, and our artist Bruno Sousa worked magic! With a photo, he placed the Old Estádio das Antas, the current Estádio do Dragão as a background and a powerful dragon on her shoulders. Fantastic and memorable! She won't forget this birthday 🎁.
The conversation is already long, I hope I'm not bothering you. I hope you enjoyed this sharing! You also learn that, behind fashion, there is a "unplugged" Carla, who loves to dance to Doce and snack in the typical places here in the North. I don't forget my origins and I love traditions! ❤️
