Hello ladies, happy Sunday! I apologize for the day's delay, but this week was absolutely crazy. Those who saw my Stories understood. We received an avalanche of items all at once; it was a shorter week with a lot of back-office work. A race against time to get everything ready by yesterday (Saturday). Consequently, I was more disconnected from the screen and from you all.

I try, but I can't be everywhere, looking at collections for next winter, dealing with the shop's decoration, the window display, dispatching items, etc., and having meetings in between... Anyway, it's not easy, but it gets done. I love the new collection, I love these cheerful colors, patterns, accessories, I love, love it! To vary things, not to brag, but bragging nonetheless, my shop window turned out M.A.R.V.E.L.O.U.S. I rushed around to find those flowers I envisioned, but I succeeded, and it looked beautiful! The shop also has a different energy; the colors, the tones, the accessories, everything shines.

Yesterday went wonderfully, and the reaction and feedback to the collection were very positive. Next step: take lots of photos, make good videos, and be closer to you. I confess I also urgently need a makeover here! I want to dye my hair and take better care of my image; I've been neglecting myself a bit, some of you even called me out on it, and rightly so.

In a week where love reigned, I can't help but express my gratitude for all the affection you showed me on the 14th. Besides the love from my dear husband, I was surprised by two gifts at the store from two different customers from the south of the country. A wonderful vase with tulips and a box of chocolates from Arcádia—I was speechless! I am very touched by these gestures; the impact we have on people's lives is truly impressive. Thank you, Alexandra; thank you, Catarina! I hope to have you in my life for many years!

Changing the subject now, I couldn't help but tell you that after last week's blog post, the person in question sent an SMS saying that by last Monday, or Wednesday at the latest, the money would be in my account. Needless to say, that didn't happen. What a disappointment, what a disappointment! I will have to move forward with this; needlessly, I always tried to resolve it amicably, appealing to common sense, appealing to the logic that it was a shame for someone to go through this for clothes! It didn't work, and tomorrow I will file a criminal and civil complaint, so you understand the high value of the amount in question. Disappointment! Lack of word, lack of everything! I only ask God to always give me the capacity and common sense to never exceed my limits and never live by appearances at the expense of others.

Life is this: good things and bad things so we know how to value everything we have and learn that those who 'judge by appearances don't see hearts'. I think I had to tell you! I wish you all a good rest of Sunday. I reiterate my thanks to all of you, tell you that I adore you, and ask you to continue watching our videos and posts, comment a lot because your opinion is what makes me grow!

A kiss to your hearts. With affection, Carla Valente.
